Welcome to Grey Wolf Travels. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until written confirmation has been provided by both parties.

 

Quotes provided through our website or by email are estimates and may be subject to change depending on journey details, timings, additional stops, vehicle availability, or special requirements.

 

2. Payments & Deposits
 

A deposit is required to secure and confirm all bookings.

Unless otherwise agreed:
 

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking.

  • Full payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to travel.

  • Payment deadlines will be confirmed during the booking process.
     

Grey Wolf Travels reserves the right to cancel bookings where payment has not been received within the agreed timeframe.
 

3. Cancellations & Refunds
 

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Please note:
 

  • The 25% deposit is strictly non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility for any additional payments will depend on the notice period provided and operational costs already incurred.

  • No refunds may be issued for cancellations made within a short period before the scheduled journey.


Grey Wolf Travels reserves the right to assess refunds on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances apply.

 

4. Passenger Responsibilities

 

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during all journeys.

 

Grey Wolf Travels reserves the right to refuse transport or terminate a journey in cases involving:

 

  • Dangerous behavior.

  • Abuse toward drivers or passengers Illegal activity.

  • Excessive damage or disruption.

 

The hirer may be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during the hire period.

 

5. Passenger Safety

 

Passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle provided.

 

Seatbelts must be worn where fitted and available. Passengers should remain seated while the vehicle is in motion unless using onboard facilities where applicable.

 

Children and vulnerable passengers remain the responsibility of the hirer or accompanying adults.

 

6. Journey Details & Delays

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all booking details provided are accurate, including:

 

  • Pick-up times

  • Locations

  • Passenger numbers

  • Stopovers

  • Contact information

 

Grey Wolf Travels will make every reasonable effort to operate journeys on time but cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Road closures

  • Accidents

  • Circumstances beyond our control

 

7. Additional Stops & Special Requirements

 

Any additional pick-up points, stopovers, accessibility needs, luggage requirements, or special requests must be communicated at the time of booking or quote request.

 

Additional charges may apply for route changes or extra waiting time.

 

8. Vehicle Usage

 

Unless agreed otherwise, vehicles are provided solely for the journey confirmed within the booking.

 

If you require the driver and vehicle to remain onsite for return travel or extended waiting periods, this must be arranged in advance.

 

9. Lost Property

 

Grey Wolf Travels is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

 

Any lost property found may be retained for a limited period. Customers may contact us regarding lost items after travel.

 

10. Website Usage

 

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Grey Wolf Travels and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

 

Users must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

 

11. Changes to Terms

 

Grey Wolf Travels reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Updated versions will be published on this page.
